Stacey Flynn received her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law in 2004. From the start her goal was to work at the Public Defenders office in Fayette County. Before she was even sworn in for a year, Stacey secured a not guilty verdict in a double murder trial. This was the first, and one of only two, Not Guilty verdicts for murder in over forty years in Fayette County. Stacey hasn't slowed down yet, continuing to win cases and break records across twenty years of practicing criminal defense. In 2021, Stacey decided to finally try her hand at personal injury law with the same level of intensity and dedication as her criminal cases.

From the start, Stacey and her support staff have set a high standard for treating clients with respect, dignity and zero judgment.
