Attorney Emily Gross

Emily Gross is a 1994 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Political Science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Georgia State College of Law in 1997.

With over 28 years of legal experience, Emily began her career as a prosecutor under Pete Skandalakis in the Coweta Judicial Circuit. She later spent more than 12 years in partnership with Michael Kam, one of Coweta’s most respected and successful criminal defense attorneys. For the past nine years, Emily has managed a thriving solo practice before joining forces in 2025 with the exceptionally talented attorney Stacey Flynn, believing that collaboration leads to the best outcomes for clients.

Emily has represented thousands of clients in both State and Superior Courts and has argued appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. She is also licensed to practice in the Northern and Middle District Courts of Georgia as well as in Federal District Court.

Since 2012, Emily has held the prestigious AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible distinction for legal ability and ethical standards.
